At Minister Lake with my buddy Joe Marrocco of Cafe Imports.
Joe came down from Minneapolis and spent some quality time with us! Thanks amigo!
Hi from Central Wisconsin! Did you see our recent feature on Thrillist as one of the nation's best new coffee roasters?! CHECK IT OUT! We're very, very grateful for the mention.
The leaves are officially changing color and we're surrounded by a wealth of beauty.
Lots of ins and outs with our coffee menu too!
Kenyas are in full swing still- Gathaithi is available now and Kangunu is soon to follow. Such impressive depth on these coffees. Clear acidity, full mouthfeel, elegant.
Our El Salvador Talnamica has been incredibly popular so it's already out of stock! We're happy you all loved it so much and can't wait to bring it back again next year. Creamery blend has undergone a few updates as well and is now 2/3 Nicaragua Mama Mina and 1/3 Ethiopia Aramo!
We just received a new lot of Ethiopia Konga and this is my favorite one yet. Tons of bursting florals and intense bergamot flavors. So nice.
Our other Ethiopia offering to round out the season is Sidama Aleta Wondo, which has been available for several weeks now. It's not quite a punchy as some of our Yirgacheffe offerings, but wow oh wow the lingering finish!
ALSO we just received our first lot of Colombia to kick off what looks to be a really exciting season for Colombian coffee. Our Pedregal de Inza is a decadently balanced coffee with loads of honey and pear notes. It's now available in our store.
I also want to give a big thanks to our subscriber bunch! We've seen a steady increase and we really enjoy selecting a monthly feature (or two) for you to enjoy!!
This month we're doing some exciting local events here in Portage County:
Oct 11- serving coffee at Central Waters Brewery in Amherst
Oct 18- serving coffee at CrossFit Stevens Point
Thanks for the support!
