This year, Ruby purchased all of the coffee produced by Pedro Sagastume and his family. This release is a combination of the best microlots of Catuai from his Las Quetzales estate. Pedro’s commitment to developing coffee farming as a sustainable lifestyle for his family is admirable, and Ruby’s commitment to Pedro’s coffees is a key element to that being possible. This is our third year offering coffees from Pedro Sagastume, and we couldn’t be more excited for how our partnership will keep developing.
