For our fifth annual release we have created a blend that is both delicate and decadent! The current components are Ethiopia Nano Challa, Kenya Ndiara, and Honduras Pedro Sagastume. We love the way these flavors play off of each other, and the resulting cup hits all the flavors that we think pair well with a Wisconsin winter: mulled wine, dried fruits, warm spices, and a deep sweetness.
We invite you to brew Cheers however you like to brew your coffee. Stronger, more concentrated cups (1:15) will emphasize the winey & syrupy qualities of the blend, while weaker cups (1:17) with more clarity will lend to more delicate spice, floral, and fruity flavors. Have fun and enjoy with friends!
