Our first offering of the season from Costa Rica is a beautiful micro lot from producer Roberto Mata, longtime director and manager of CoopeDota in Santa Maria de Dota, Tarrazu. We visited him in February 2017 to taste through coffees and check out the mill. Mata has been a pioneer in the Dota region and beyond for decades, helping to guide the success and broad impact of CoopeDota. This lot arrived tasting every bit as amazing as we hoped it would.
