Our first Central American release of 2015 comes to us from Vicki Dalton-Diaz's Finca Matalapa. We have loved her coffee for years and we're excited to have it on the menu. This Bourbon lot is such a clean, sweet example of how decadent and complex coffees from El Salvador can be. We love the creamy, dark chocolate character and the round, balanced cherry and red apple notes. This is an extremely limited release preceding the rest of our El Salvador offerings from Fincas Talnamica and Guaje/Natamaya.
