Clean, elegant coffee produced by Octavio and Otto Herrera in San Pedro Necta, Huehuetenango. Otto's grandfather started the farm over 60 years ago. Now he and his father are producing some incredible coffees in Huehuetenango. At the farm they make additional effort to utilize organic inputs and they wet mill and sun dry all their coffee. Cultivars include Bourbon, Typica, Pache, Caturra, and Catuai.
Notes of sparkling blood orange, maple, mango. Long, sweet finish.
