Lazara Pablo has two parcels of land in Huehuetenango. This year, her coffees stood out from other lots that the ASDELFLOR farmers association processes, and Ruby was able to buy all of her coffees. We’re excited to feature her coffees as a solo release to allow the subtleties a chance to shine. Earlier this year we featured a microblend from ASDELFLOR that was a collection of four other farmers from the association, and we can’t wait for our partnership with ASDELFLOR to grow.
