In May of 2019, Ruby Coffee Roasters opened our first full Cafe and Restaurant in downtown Stevens Point, WI
For years before the cafe became a reality, it was a dream. We wanted a comfortable, thoughtfully-designed spaced where guests could enjoy our drinks and food every day. It quickly became that and even more, as we were able immerse ourselves deeper into the community and collaborate with other local businesses for ingredients.
Menu
Along with your favorite coffee drinks, we offer a full food menu with breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Our menu is almost 100% organic and much of it is sourced from local farms. We're proud of this fact and that it also helps our manager and kitchen team create more flavorful dishes.

Sustainability
Sustainable practices are important to us. As a business, we want to reduce our footprint wherever possible. We’re proud to have diverted 8,902 lbs of organic waste from a landfill, through our composting program in 2021, and through April of 2022, a total of 2,879 lbs. This is equivalent to mitigating roughly 4,000 pounds of carbon dioxide.
Along with composting, we mitigate food waste & trash by offering creative rotating menu items, and reusable plates, cups, silverware & cloths for dine in. Our to go items use biodegradable boxes including wood cutlery and shorter recycle lifespan cups with paper straws.
