At Ruby Coffee Roasters, we are committed to getting you the freshest coffee possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Order Processing & Roasting Schedule
We roast fresh coffee Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival.

Note: Our processing schedule may adjust slightly during holidays or in response to carrier service changes.
Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: We offer free residential UPS Ground Saver shipping on all orders over $50.

Exclusions: This offer excludes shipping & handling for Gift Boxes and some other items like drop-shipped equipment, etc.

Standard Shipping: For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.

The most applicable shipping method will automatically populate at checkout based on your specific items and shipping address. If you have special shipping requests, please contact us prior to ordering.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
To maintain our fast roasting and shipping turnaround times, we are unable to make edits to shipping addresses once an order has been placed.
