This is our first release from Mexico and represents an incredible glimpse into its immense quality potential. San Pedro Yosotatu is a small community in Oaxaca that has recently begun crafting some smaller lots (through the infrastructure of a local co-op), allowing previously blended beauties to shine on their own. We are particularly excited about the emphasis these producers place on growing without chemicals. With the price of commodity coffee steadily flat / declining, we're hopeful that more projects like this can emerge to offer producers a viable price for their separated micro lots. Cheers to our neighbors to the south!
