Our Purpose
Our purpose is simple: to uplift everyone we touch. From the producers we champion to the coffee lovers enjoying our blends, we believe in using responsible business to create a positive impact. Our menu is a celebration of each producer, crafted to be both exceptional and exceptionally inviting.
Our Origins
From a garage in rural Wisconsin to a nationally recognized roastery, our story is one of passion and place. Ruby Coffee Roasters was founded by Jared and Deanna Linzmeier in Fall 2013, with the first batches roasted in early 2014. In 2015, we moved into our current home in Nelsonville, WI, where all our roasting, shipping, and quality control happens today.

Every coffee in our lineup is intentionally selected to capture the story of its origin—a vivid taste of a specific place and time. We celebrate the vibrant, expressive flavors that reflect the unique seasonality of our harvests from around the world.
