Fresh off a visit to see the Aguacate group in 2018, we are more excited than ever to share their coffees with you!
This group in Nariño produced the first two coffees we ever sourced for the Ruby menu in 2013. Since then we have been consistently impressed by the dynamic, compelling profile of the coffees and are proud to be a supportive partner in the supply chain.
In the cup Aguacate is crisp and sweet with a syrupy depth that's rounded out by a green apple acidity and lingering cherry notes. A very versatile coffee that is fantastic on both filter and espresso. Always one of our favorite coffees.

Processing: washed, sun-dried
Taste notes: cherry, milk chocolate, wildflower honey, pear

We roast on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Orders placed by 5:00 p.m. Central Time the day before a roast will ship the following day.
