Ruby Coffee Roasters has always been a community effort. When our roastery first opened in Nelsonville, it was the direct support of the community that sparked the idea for our weekend Tasting Room. With the current pandemic, we've been unable to serve our immediate community the way we wanted to. With our small staff and close working quarters, we've put extreme precautions in place: the health and safety of Ruby employees comes first. That has prevented us from being able to be a part of the community the way we've wanted to, however.
Our Honor Cart, however, gives us the chance to get closer to that.
Throughout the week, Ruby will stock this cart with 12oz bags of coffee for sale first come, first serve. The cart operates on the Honor System: grab a bag off the cart, and pay for it through this page online.
